Georgian developer Tempo asked us to develop a promotional website for their new project — a modern residential complex.

goal
The project was meant to translate Queen’s Residence as a game-changer in the realm of development: a vision of comfort ahead of the market, solutions that are relevant right now, a complete match between expectations and reality.

idea
We developed a futuristic creative concept telling and showing life in the Georgia of the future. Its main goal is to challenge everything that has been done in the real estate market before us. Visually, it looks like users are transported forward in time, where they open a virtual brochure instead of a regular advertising one.

Such a concept forms the image of a self-confident brand, which does not need to compete for attention — it already stands out and modifies the world to fit its needs.

solution
The residential complex speaks about its merits better than any words. That's why we prioritized progressive, innovative design with 3D animations — to showcase the building itself. In the texts, we stuck to hard information, numbers, and advertising slogans.

This approach formed the most confident image of the company for people who are ready to go to the next level.
